ircII help: set highlight_char

Usage: SET HIGHLIGHT_CHAR [BOLD|INVERSE|UNDERLINE]
  When the + option of IGNORE is used it highlights messages
  from the specific user.  The setting of this variable
  determines how the name is to be highlighted.
